Coaching ideal if you know what you want to achieve but are struggling to get it done. When you want someone to regularly hold you accountable and talk through your issues and concerns. Working with a coach will help you prioritize and get past whatever is holding you back. Coaching sessions include feedback and resources specific to you.

Example: “I want you to manage my social media for me.”
3. Want to learn something new
4. Want to know how to do something
A consultant is not for you if
Consultants will ask you to present your strategy upfront then ask you questions about it so they do the work to deliver.
